Casino.com- was depositing and withdrawing with success then all of a sudden I had to upload I.d for account verification, not having a driving license and my passport being a few months out of date and not being able to renew it (due to coronavirus restrictions) I looked at mansion policy and it says that a ‘citizen/national I.d card’is acceptable. So having 582 pounds sat in their account I paid 30 pounds to express a citizencard which is recognised by the uk home office and the police etc. I uploaded this to them and baring in mind that they already have my bank details, a picture of my Bank card, my out of date passport, My citizen card, a bank statement with my address on and my CSCS card that they still won’t verify me. I have just been on the phone to customer services and he apologised for the misleading information that I read and said that a birth certificate will suffice and it will verify me so now I have just had to pay 38 pounds to get my birth certificate sent by express delivery as I really need this money for Christmas. The information I have provided is more than enough to prove that I am of Legal age and not money laundering (which would be at a loss). I opened an account at BetVictor and they verified me immediately from my bank details. This company is causing me no end of grief and I will not rest until this is settled as it is bugging me 24/7.

If u can make the withdrawal process less than 3 days plus 1 or 2 more days to be in my bank account that would be 5 stars i give you for sure because the other online casino i play only take 3 days and the money is in my bank account. But the games you have esp.the slots i like it
